FAQ

Can guests under 21 attend?

Bazaar is 21+ after 9pm, but we can make exceptions for buyouts and private venue rentals. Let us know on the form if any guests will be under 21 and we’ll set up wristbands and ID control.

Can we bring our own food or caterer?

Outside food and caterers aren’t allowed without our approval, but you have options:

  • NADC Burger. Our in-house kitchen can cater your event with NADC Burgers, Singles and tallow fries, sized to your headcount and budget.
  • Something different. We can build a custom menu through our other kitchens to fit your group’s needs.

Tell us what you have in mind on the form and we’ll put a food plan together.

How far ahead should we book?

Weekends and holiday dates go first, so reach out 3-6 weeks ahead if you can. Short notice? Ask anyway.

Can we bring our own DJ or decorations?

Yes. Our booth and sound are ready to plug into, and we’re happy to coordinate with your decorator or recommend one.

How do deposits and minimums work?

Every event is quoted individually based on date, time and format. A deposit secures your date once you approve the quote.
