FAQ

Can guests under 21 attend?

Bazaar is 21+ after 9pm. For earlier events with under-21 guests (banquets, org socials), let us know on the form and we’ll set up wristband and ID control.

Can we bring our own food or caterer?

NADC Burger runs our kitchen and caters all private events at Bazaar. We’ll build a food package around your headcount and budget.

How far ahead should we book?

Weekends and holiday dates go first, so reach out 3-6 weeks ahead if you can. Short notice? Ask anyway.

Can we bring our own DJ or decorations?

Yes. Our booth and sound are ready to plug into, and we’re happy to coordinate with your decorator or recommend one.

How do deposits and minimums work?

Every event is quoted individually based on date, time and format. A deposit secures your date once you approve the quote.
